Karen is an experienced Senior Dental Nurse who now looks after our Customer Care as our Care Co-ordinator.

Karen multitasks for a living! She looks after our new patients, keeps up with our existing patients and provides an important link between the surgery and reception, liaising with the dental team to make sure your visit is smooth and trouble-free. You may also see her in the surgery as we tend to 'borrow' her from Gill when we need an extra pair of hands.

Karen has a broad knowledge of dentistry and is happy to guide you and help explain any aspect of your treatment.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy working with a great group of ladies who work hard, look after each other and have fun too. Working with people means you never know what the day will bring!

What makes you happy?

Chilling out with my lovely husband and dog on a Friday night with a take-away and a glass of wine.

What do you do in your spare time?

I love watching movies, reading autobiographies and seeing my friends and family. I go to dance classes every week with my husband. I am a secret Rock 'n' Roller!
